The client, when making an order, accepts the following selling conditions:

He can choose between two forms of payment:

• bank transfer
• credit card payment

Shipping the orders:

• Shipping is only possible in Spain and Europe, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra ( please consult the price list or contact us for more information).
• The merchandise is insured against deterioration or loss.
• The order is sent perfectly wrapped up and delivered to the home address.
• The client will receive from our part a personal confirmation when the merchandise is sent.
• The client has a 7 day reclamation span that starts as soon as he receives the merchandise and that enables him to communicate to “La Urdimbre” any problem that could cause the return of that same merchandise. The fee of the transaction will be returned when the merchandise reaches us.
• The company guarantees the privacy of the client’s personal information.
